David Annan
David Annan is Chief Technology Officer at Diversinet Inc. where he leads the company’s technology product and service delivery operations. Mr. Annan has more more than 15 years experience in wireless network development at Canadian operators Cantel and Lanser as well as wireless applications and deployment at @Mobile and Giantbear Inc. in the United States. David was also President and Chief Operating Officer of Wysdom Inc. As COO at Wysdom,David oversaw all business aspects of Wysdom, an international wireless applications platform business. David has a BA(Hons) and MBA from Queen’s University, Kingston.
George Horhota
George is a corporate/communications lawyer, Principal with Accelerator Strategies Inc. (counseling private companies on mergers & acquisitions strategies) and a Senior Industry Advisor to the European Bank for Reconstruction & Development’s TurnAround Management Program. His early stage company experience includes co-founding SuiteWorks Inc. (pioneer in creating collaborative office environments for a mobile workforce) and serving as Cannect Networks Inc.’s President. He was a V.P. with BCE Emergis, CFO of TSX-listed telecom services provider ACC TelEnterprises Ltd. and VP, Corporate Development of ACC Corp., its NASDAQ-listed parent (before both were acquired by AT&T Corp.) and led the Royal Bank’s IT, telecom, cable and media loan portfolio.
Barry Singer, B.A., BCL, LL.B.
Barry Singer founded Singer Corporate Resources, where he helps highly successful companies achieve rapid growth without over-investing in support services. Over his extensive career, Barry has led the delivery of essential corporate services for several telecommunications companies (Rogers Wireless, ACC TelEnterprises and Sprint Canada) and other major corporations (Norcen Energy Resources and Canada Lands Company). Barry also serves as Canadian Cloud Computing’s Chief Privacy Officer.
